<br><br>
This is the main configuration section of your site. You will specify all the mandatory configuration parameters for your site to be functional here.
<br><br>
<font color="Red" size="+1"><li><b>General Site Info</b></font><font color="Black" size="2"><br>
<b>Site Name:</b> Your site needs a name! Well, this is where you set it!<br><br>
<b>Site URL:</b> Enter the full URL to your website here, including the <i>http://</i>. Do NOT include a trailing slash (/).<br>

<b>Site Logo:</b> This logo will be located in the <i>images</i>
directory, and is only displayed in the <i>Printer
Friendly Page</i>. The best option is a grayscale graphic with
the logo of your site. This logo has nothing to do with your
theme logo which you need to include for each theme.<br><br>
<b>Site Slogan:</b> If you have a slogan for your site, you may enter it here. This slogan will be added to the title of every page and will be displayed on every page as well, but only if the theme you are using is coded for it (chances are that it is).<br><br>
<b>Meta Keywords:</b> Many internet search engines use meta keywords to base their search results on. Add appropriate keywords for your site here.<br><br>
<b>Dynamic MetaKeywords:</b> Instead of hardcoding specific keywords for every page above you can use this feature to attempt to generate some meta keywords dynamically for every page.<br><br>
<b>Site Start Date:</b> You can enter the date you website went live here. This information will only be visible in the stats page (stats.php).<br><br>
<b>Administrator Email:</b> Enter the email address for the main admin or webmaster. This is the email address that emails are sent when users try to contact you.<br><br>
<b>Default Theme for Your Site:</b> Choose the default theme that all users will see before they login. This controls the look and feel of the entire site. All themes installed in the <i>themes</i> directory will be listed here to choose from.<br><br>
<b>Allow Users to Override Theme:</b> If you would like users to be able to override the default theme and choose another of the installed themes then enable this option. Note that users can still only choose from the installed themes.<br><br>
<b>Display Right Blocks in Articles:</b> This option allows you to disable all right hand blocks when viewing articles.<br><br>
<b>Locale Time Format:</b> Select the Locale format you want. Locales are little databases with the date, time, and other stuff in our language. Some Unix/Linux systems have the locales already installed, if this is the case just select the one you want, otherwise install the Locales you need. Usualy, the Locales are installed under the <i>/usr/share/locale</i> directory.<br><br>
<b>Time Zone Offset:</b> No real explanation is necessary here. Simply pick your timezone.<br><br>
<b>Start Page:</b> Choose which module you would like index.php to point towards. This will then be the start page for all new site visitors.<br><br>
<b>Number of Articles on Admin Menu:</b> Maximum number of <i>Recent Articles</i> to show on the main Administration page.<br><br>
<b>Stories Number on Homepage:</b> Enter the number of stories you would like to display on the front page. A common number is 10, but you may also want to use 5 (or any other number). Remember that registered users
can change this value to whatever they want. So, this is just a
default value for non-registered users.<br><br>
<b>Graphics in Administrative Menu:</b> If you want a graphic menu in the administration section set this value to <i>Yes</i>, otherwise set to <i>No</i>.<br><br>
<b>Send Error Reports by Email:</b> If you have configured your webserver to use error.php to handle site errors, instead of the server default error pages, then you can choose whether you would like it to email you those error reports too. You can choose whether you would like errors reports from noone, everyone or only from referrers from your domain.<br><br>
<b>Enable Funny Error Message in error.php:</b> Would you like to enable the funny error message in error.php? Choose <i>Yes</i> or <i>No</i> as appropriate. As above this option is dependant on you having configured your webserver to use error.php for its error reports.<br><br>
<b>Initial Group for Users:</b> Here you can specify what group you would like all users to be put in initially.<br><br>
<b>Select Language for your site:</b> No explanation is needed here, select the default language for your site.<br><br>
<b>Activate Compression:</b> This is a performance improvement. It compresses all HTML output before sending it to the client. Some setup is needed in the server in order for this to work properly.<br><br>

<font color="Red" size="+1"><li><b>Footer Messages</b></font><font color="Black" size="2"><br><br>
<b>Footer Line:</b> This is the text(can be HTML) that will be shown
in the footer of each page. Usualy here is where you would put "powered by" buttons,
copyright messages, webmaster email, etc.<br><br></font>
<font color="Red" size="+1"><li><b>Backend Configuration</b></font><font color="Black" size="2"><br><br>
<b>Backend Title:</b> Your site has an auto-generated XML/RDF file with the lat 10 news stories.
This file is configured here, so just write your page Title or site name here. You can
put also your slogan after the title.<br><br>
<b>Backend Language:</b> The format of your site's language.<br><br>
<font color="Red" size="+1"><li><b>Security Options:</b></font><font color="Black" size="2"><br><br>
<b>Security Level:</b> This option allows you to choose how long users stay logged in for. There are three available choices: High, Medium and Low.<br><br>
<b>How Many Days Users Stay Logged in for:</b> Choose the number of days users will stay logged in for. This option only takes effect if you chose <i>Medium</i> level security.<br><br>
<b>Users become Inactive after:</b> Here you can specify the number of minutes between when a user last used the system and when they are marked as inactive.<br><br>
<font color="Red" size="+1"><li><b>Run on Intranet:</b></font><font color="Black" size="2"><br><br>
<b>Intranet:</b> The Intranet option should only be turned on if you cannot access PostNuke with a fully-qualified host name (eg www.mysite.com). Enabling intranet removes a number of levels of security from PostNuke, it is not recommended to run in this mode unless you are behind a firewall and users outside the firewall cannot gain access to your PostNuke site.<br><br>
<font color="Red" size="+1"><li><b>HTML Options:</b></font><font color="Black" size="2"><br><br>
Here you can specify which HTML tags you would like to enable users to be able to use. You can choose to enable, disable or only enable tags with parameters.<br>
Enabling the <img>, <span>, <marquee> <script> <embed> <object> or <iframe> tags can leave your users open to attacks that will reveal their personal information, and as such it is recommended that you keep the setting for this tag to "Not allowed" unless you are absolutely sure that you understand what enabling the tag will allow.<br><br>
<b>HTML Entities:</b> Should HTML entities be translated into real characters? HTML entities are codes like &lt; and &nbsp;, etc...<br><br>
