I would like to go to NZ for 6 months what can you recommend, can you tell me what kind of
people I can expect to meet? I would work there with a vet and hopefully get to ride a few
horses.

Well, like anywhere else you'll probably find all kinds of people, but most of the people
I met in New Zealand were very open and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay there -although it wasn't nearly as long as the one you're
planning- and I hope you'll do the same...
Do take the time to explore both the North and the South Island - they're quite different
from each other !
